On the Island of Pag, in the northern part of Dalmatia, we decided to breathe life in with a unique residential complex Lijepi Otok Residence. A Mediterranean settlement, a white dream in the middle of the blue Adriatic Sea. Each apartment overlooks the blue sea.

Three types of apartments for all needs: two-room, three-room and a penthouse, from 40 to 95 m2, are arranged in beautiful buildings consisting of just three floors. The apartments on the ground floor have access to their own garden, while the apartments on the first and second floors have private terraces. Each apartment comes with a covered parking space, and the outdoor area around the buildings is strictly a pedestrian zone.
The common area offers a swimming pool, a barbeque area, and a solarium where you can get a nice tan while relaxing.
